Critical Internet Explorer Security Hole – Beware!

Microsoft will push out an emergency security patch for Internet Explorer. Millions of Microsoft’s Internet Explorer users might be exposed to hackers because of new critical security hole currently being exploited in the wild.
The problem was first exposed last week, that allows hackers to access to a computer’s memory space, allowing attackers to remotely execute malicious code as IE crashes, Microsoft has said. Sony Launches Playstation Home Open Beta

Sony’s long awaited next-gen social networking site for PlayStation users launches today. Sony announced yesterday that it is launching an open beta test of a new 3D virtual online community it has developed for the PlayStation 3 called “Playstation Home”.
PS3 owners will be able to download and check out the new service starting today. PlayStation Home will let gamers create custom avatar – a virtual representation to represent themselves. Avatars in PlayStation Home will be able to run free in a 3D environment, interact with other members of the community, explore public spaces and play mini-games, among many other activities. Security Flaw Revealed in Google Phone
Just days after the T-Mobile G1 smartphone went on the market, a group of security researchers have found what they call a serious flaw in the Android software from Google that runs it.
One of the researchers, Charles A. Miller, notified Google of the flaw this week and said he was publicizing it now because he believed that cellphone users were not generally aware that increasingly sophisticated smartphones faced the same threats that plague Internet-connected personal computers.
He said the flaw could be exploited by an attacker who might trick a G1 user into visiting a booby-trapped Web site.
